The Kinvara legacy continues. Known for being lightweight and fast, this shoe is great for speedwork but still has enough underfoot for everyday training and racing. This is a nimble and flexible shoe, partially because it does not have a rigid carbon plate.
Saucony beveled the midsole and streamlined the midfoot for a super smooth and super-fast ride. The light and responsive PWRRUN cushioning adds spring to your run and lets you pick up the pace. Plus, there is durable XT-900 rubber in strategic high-wear areas for traction.
Saucony changed the upper, streamlining it to give you a barely-there feel. The enhanced fit and breathability can be credited to the engineered mono mesh upper that’s more comfortable and accommodates more foot shapes.

The major change for the Kinvara 13 is in the upper. Saucony streamlined it, removing a lot of the overlays to give it a better fit and barely-there feel. The result is the lightest version of the Kinvara ever. Plus, this upper fits a bit wider than the Kinvara 12 to accommodate more foot types.

These are truly great!
I have been lookin for new running shoes for years to replace my New Balance 1400 V6. I have narrow feet and typically wear a size 10 in normal shoes. If you have long narrow feet and like a very light neutral shoe. These will be perfect for you!!! I sized up to a 10.5

Light but fast!
I’ve been running in Saucony Kinvara for a while now and I always appreciate their color options and how light these shoes are! Compared to the 12s the 13s are even more lighter (if you can believe it)! Plus the upper is super comfortable and don’t feel as tight. I have slim/narrow feet and feel like I have enough room in the toe box. My only qualm is that if you get the yellow and run in these during a downpour the shoes will get messy and they are hard to clean. But that’s ok that just means you’re showing off the work you put in!

Similar to other Kinvaras
I do like these running shoes and they seem to work very well for me. I had a previous version of the kinvaras that I liked a little bit better because there wasn’t so much cushion in the heel but these are similar enough. I do prefer the previous version but these are still great. I have extremely high arches and wear these with insoles and I find that combination helps protect me from arch pain. If you like the previous kinvaras you’ll like these but there is a bit of an adjustment

Fast and Light
These shoes are so light and comfortable. I love that there is good cushion without being overly soft. Great shoes for both speed work and long runs.
