Perfect for weight training.
I am in my 70’s, and in physically good shape. I bought these shoes to wear while weight training. They are comfortable with excellent support through my foot’s mid-section and plenty of room in the toe box. My heel stays in place and is well cushioned when pushing my feet into the floor for squats.

Love the shoes, but the toe box xis not quite as wide as I need it
I gave them four stars because I wish that the toe box was wider. They are not as cushiony as I thought they would be. I bought them for walking and casual wear, but I need extra comfort at my age since I am 68. They are a great looking shoe. I was looking for a gray, but settled on this dusty navy color. I will keep them and hopefully they will stretch out some. I may put a cushion insole in it if it adds comfort. This is my third pair of this brand.
