Chase your goals and ignite your running joy this summer with our No Boundaries Training Program, designed to get you race-ready for the Santa Cruz Wharf to Wharf 6-Mile Race on July 26th or another summer 5k/10K! Whether your goal is to cross the finish line strong, meet and run with a vibrant and inclusive running community, cruise to a PR, or have the time of your life creating memories on the run, this program is for you.

Times and Locations
Our No Boundaries Program meets on Tuesdays at 6:00 PM (TBD) and Saturdays at 8:00 AM (Fleet Feet Aptos: 7960 Soquel Dr suite i, Aptos, CA 95003). Group activities usually last 60-75 minutes, depending on the distance of the run/walk.
As a Training Program Participant, you'll receive:
- Two coached group runs each week on Tuesday evenings and Saturday mornings
- Kickoff event where you will be able to meet your coach and fellow trainees
- Support from Saucony and participant shirt
- A weekly training plan with detailed suggestions for runs throughout the week
- Demo runs, guidance on gear and recpovery techniques
- In-store discount during Gear up events
Training Details:
Training for a 10K can look different for everyone. Some runners are continuing their Fleet Feet No Boundaries journey. Others have been running on their own and are ready to train with structure, support and community.
The No Boundaries 10K Training Program brings runners together around a shared goal race.
Over eight weeks, you will follow a progressive training plan designed to help you build
endurance, confidence and consistency, while being supported by experienced running
coaches, dedicated mentors and a welcoming Fleet Feet community. Together, you will create
momentum and celebrate the progress that comes from showing up week after week.

Community
The camaraderie of training with a group week after week will take your training to the next level. When the training gets more rigorous, you'll have the collective strength of the group to keep you moving forward. When you crush a key workout, the group will be there to celebrate your achievement. And on those early mornings when you just don't feel like getting out of bed, the training group will keep you accountable.
Run Coaching
Fleet Feet's team of experienced coaches will check in with you at every training run to keep track of your progress, keep you motivated, and give you individualized coaching. Training groups will be small, so you'll have plenty of one-on-one time with your coach.

Training fee does not include any race entry fee.
