Join Us Tonight for The Big Run on Global Running Day!

Today is Global Running Day, and in our humble opinion, it's the greatest day of the year. Celebrate with us at The Big Run, a free 5K and the biggest running party of the summer.

Event Details

• Time:
  • 5pm: Check-in begins
  • 6pm: Announcements
  • 6:10pm: Run begins
• Location: The Mill on Innovation Campus

Due to the anticipated high attendance, we encourage you to show up as early as you can.

Parking

We recommend parking in the large lot north of Transformation Dr. This lot offers free parking after 5pm.

You can also park at meters all throughout Innovation Campus, but keep in mind that these are paid.

Route

For the 5K route, we will take off from Innovation Campus, cut behind the Bob Devaney Center, and then link up with the Billy Wolff Trail. The route is a simple out-and-back.

There will be a lead runner and a sweeper, and lululemon will have a water/cheer station around the 1 mile mark! We will have a race clock at the start and finish line, but this race is not chip timed.

Post-Run Festivities

After you cross the finish line, we encourage you to soak in the post-run summer vibes at The Mill! Grab a drink or a bit to eat from the Bistro, snack on a free Kookaburra cookie*, or snap photos with friends at the finish line. If you signed up fast enough to make it into the medal division, you'll also receive a medal upon completing the race.
