Join Fleet Feet Greenville for our 6-week Summer Sweat Series, a fun and supportive program designed to keep you moving, motivated, and progressing toward your fitness goals all summer long on any surface! Powered by Brooks, this experience goes beyond a traditional training program with exclusive in-store perks, special offers, exciting giveaways, and opportunities to connect with fellow participants along the way.

What to Expect
Each week, we’ll start together before breaking into four coached workout groups, giving you the flexibility to choose the option that best aligns with your goals and fitness level:
- Track Workout (Greenville High Track): Includes a 15-minute warm-up, 30 minutes of structured speed or endurance work, and a 15-minute cool-down.
- 3-Mile Route: Enjoy a conversational-paced workout with options for running, run/walking, or walking.
- Long Run Group: Build endurance with distances ranging from 4–7 miles.
- *NEW This Season* Trail Run Group: Explore local trails with a variety of route distances. Perfect for runners looking to add some adventure and test their trail-running skills.
No matter which group you choose, you'll receive coaching, encouragement, and support throughout the program
