Want to become a more efficient runner?
It starts with mixing up your training—and our Summer Speed Series is the perfect way to do it.
Beginning Tuesday, June 9, this eight-week coached program is designed to help you run faster, stronger, and more confidently. You’ll meet Tuesdays at 6:30 AM and Saturdays at 7:30 AM for structured track and road-threshold workouts led by experienced coaches.
Is This Program Right for You?
You’re a great fit if you:
- Have at least 3 weeks of base training
- Can run/walk for 30 minutes, 3 times per week
- Are ready to build speed, strength, and confidence
Before the first session, we recommend completing a 1-mile time trial to help establish your training paces.
