Summer Speed Series
Join Fleet Feet Spokane for a four-week session of track workouts designed to get your heart pumping! Whether you want to learn track fundamentals, amp up your summer running, or start your fall training block, these fun group workouts will build your confidence.
Schedule: 6:00 PM on Tuesdays: June 9, 16, 23, and 30.
Location: Shadle Park High School Track
Format: Each session will include dynamic warm-up drills, an interval track workout, and a cool-down stretch.
All paces are welcome—speed is relative and the camaraderie is the best part! If you are planning to train for a fall half or full marathon, this series provides an excellent fitness base.
