With Fleet Feet’s Training Program Presented by ASICS, you’ll follow a holistic training plan designed to help you build the habits, mindset and fitness you need to cross the finish line feeling strong and empowered.
Training for a 10k or half marathon isn't just about logging miles. It’s about facing challenges, tackling different types of runs, building strength and making space for rest and recovery. With our program, you’ll connect with other runners, grow together and benefit from expert Fleet Feet running coaches every step of the way.

HERE'S WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
- A 12 week training plan tailored to your goal
- In-person support for accountability, camaraderie and fun
- Warmup and cool down exercises to make every run smoother
- 2X weekly strength routines to build strength and prevent injury
- Mobility and cross-training exercises to balance your training
- Tips from pro athletes on gear, nutrition, recovery, mobility and more

DETAILS
- Objective Distance: We're training for The Santa Rosa 10K & Half Marathon, however, we welcome runners in our Santa Rosa community training for other races and are happy to adjust your plan to meet your goals.
- Price: $120+fees (excluding race registration)
- Connect: Our Distance Training Facebook Group is a great way to connect with your teammates, share pictures and support one another!
WORKOUT SCHEDULE/STRUCTURE
- Tuesday Evenings at 5:45 pm: Group Workouts
- Saturday Mornings at 7:45 am: Group Long Runs
- Location: Meeting locations will be at the Fleet Feet Santa Rosa.

Rhonda brings endless energy and passion to helping runners achieve their goals, from beginners to marathon runners. During her 29 year tenure at Fleet Feet she has coached 1000s of runners to the finish line. No matter your experience level or pace, Rhonda strives to support you!
Rhonda founded Fleet Feet Santa Rosa in 1997 with a goal of building community through running. When she is not running or working at the store, she fills her heart being a mom, teaching nutrition at Kaiser and raising service dogs.
