No Boundaries is an 8-week training program designed for beginners and intermediate runners who want structured coaching, community support, and everything you need to show up on race day ready.
But we didn't stop at just group runs.
This spring, we've built a program that covers the full picture - training, strength, and recovery. You'll get expert coaching powered by Saucony, a PT-led injury prevention clinic to keep you healthy through the hard weeks, recovery access with sauna and cold plunge sessions, and optional gym access during your peak training block.
