While appointments aren't required, they do give you priority service and move you to the front of the line if there's a wait. To ensure we can serve everyone efficiently, appointments are held for 10 minutes. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we'll be happy to assist you, but you'll be added to our regular wait list.
