Sarah has run competitively for 12 years; racing more than ten half-marathons and taking local 5K's more seriously than she'd like to admit...She did say competitive.
She is a proud Villanova University graduate (go 'Cats, '19, '20) and New Jersey native.
When she isn't writing about running, reading about running, or running herself, Sarah enjoys spending time with family and friends, listening to True Crime podcasts or exploring art museums.
