I have worn this shoe for many years and models. I have tried other brands out of curiosity and always come back to the Asics Gel Nimbus. I have run races in these shoes and due to wear and tear on my joints, wear them for work while on my feet most of the day in healthcare. They are so comfortable and support my feet, knees and legs. The Gel Nimbus 27 are Amazing in my book!

Comfortable shoes

These shoes are great for me.

The overall shoe is great. Third pair. Not at all the color pictured. I would not have bought them.

Great comfort. Like walking on clouds. My go to shoe for walking, strength training.

Extra cushioning for walking and running.

I knew after one run that these shoes were perfect—good fit, comfortable, and well cushioned.

Work 12 hour shifts and on my feet constantly, these always give such great cushion, support and comfort.

The shoe is comfortable and it gives great support for my arthritic knees

I was really hoping there would be a lot more heal comfort in these because I developed Plantar fasciitis from the Brooks Adrenaline 25. But I’m a little disappointed. Overall the shoe is cushy but the heal is not above average. It doesn’t feel like there’s gel there. Anyways, the whole reason I got any of these shoes was because of my chronic ankle rolling outward, supination, I sprained both my ankles multiple times in a few months. All these shoes talk about pronation but that’s not my issue. So it took A LOT of research and 3 different shoes later to find this pair. These DO help for the most part with that issue. I only wish they offered extra wide. I have very wide flat feet which the width really come in at the middle of the foot, not the ball of the foot. I don’t use these for running, just walking and standing. I work housekeeping and go to the gym regularly. I recommend these shoes for anyone with sore feet from standing/walking a long time and injuries from outward ankle rolling, but not if you’re expecting cloud-like heel support for your newly developed Plantar fasciitis.

This shoe feels like walking on clouds!! Fantastic running shoes- but these are every day, every trip, wear all the time. I now have 4 pair- different colors to rotate. No more joint pain!!

I love these shoes, they are so comfy and I walk outside many miles when the weather is good otherwise it’s inside on the elliptical. This is my third pair!!

This is my fourth pair of gel nimbus. These are lighter than the 26’s. The cushened ride is superb! Great for long runs. The lacing system is sturdy. They are a little clunky on short runs. Buy em! You won’t be disappointed!!

Love this shoe. I took 15 seconds off my time. What I love the most at the end of 6 mile run I was not exhausted and felt great. Wonderful shoe.

Love the cushion in these shoes. I don’t love the tag on the back as the shoes as some time my pants get stuck in front of it. The sole is very large so not super attractive but very comfortable.

I always have used assics until last year I changed for hoka, but I miss them and came back to them. love the way they feel

Asics Gel Kayano totally changed their shoes from last year. Sizing even in the past years was not correct causing me to wear a 9 1/2 W. This year Asics tried to correct sizing making the shoe more true to size putting me back into a 9 W. Now with the correction, even though the shoe seems to fit, I am beginning to get sores on the sides of my feet. Must now visit the podiatrist to have this shaved. The Wide sizes need to be slightly wider to accomodate. Fleet Feet is a Great place to buy. Hope this helps someone.

Went on a 15 mile training run in these basically out of the box and loved them! I had the Nimbus 26 previously which I enjoyed, and love this newer model just as much. Tons of cushion and no blisters or pain afterwards

The process of getting these shoes was super easy and quick. I like these shoes a lot as they give me a lot of support and bounce when I am running or walking.

Good height of toe box for older wide feet. Nice sole cushion.

I have worn this shoe style for the last 4 years. It is fabulous. I currently needed a new one for a walking vacation. It did not disappoint. The support and style get two thumbs up.

Very comfortable

This is my go-to shoe for recovery runs and distance runs. I’ve got some overpronation issues and I’ve had a foot hairline fracture from not having supportive shoes in the past. I’ve had no issues with these shoes and they’re so comfortable!
