Great return policy. I needed a wider size and they took back my shoes within 30 days from the purchase date. It’s a great reason NOT to buy online but rather from a store with helpful trained personnel. Plus I was able to have my feet digitally measured (which they email to you).

This is the second pair I have bought for my son who is a distance track athlete. He runs 50-60 miles per week and loves these shoes.

Shoes are so comfortable

Fits true to size. Good shoe and extremely comfortable. Almost too comfortable. I really enjoyed the version before and have found that these are extremely spongy. Runs feel more sluggish due to amount of cushion. This is certainly a preference. Wonderful recovery shoe or daily if you prefer softer sole.

These shoes are great. They fit perfectly and I feel like I’m walking on air. Great buying experience with Fleet Feet.

These were ordered for my husband and he does like the fit and how they feel when walking. Which is why they were ordered. He doesn't do running.

For the first time in my life, I can clearly feel the difference between walking in “regular” shoes and walking in these. The New Balance 1080 v14 have made walking noticeably more comfortable and have helped eliminate the back and knee pain I used to feel with other shoes. I didn’t realize how much the right shoe could matter until now.

Tried these on in the store. Bought the brooks brand. But after seeing the online sale, I figured if my wife can own lots of shoes, so can I. Love both pairs

I bought these for recovery runners, and the plush ride is spot on. They're not mushy though. They are relatively lightweight, so they'd be great for long slow distance runs. I also don't think they'd be bad for a little faster runs, but that's not their sweet spot. If you are looking for a cushioned run that's not heavy and mushy, this is a great shoe.

I'd always bought pretty basic shoes at big box stores. Saw a NB store over 10 years ago, and thought it'd be like an outlet, with better prices. I was shocked at the price, but got fitted, and wow. I'd never paid more than $60 for shoes before. Anyway, the comfort an fit was awesome with the 1080's. I couldn't believe the difference. This is probably my 4th pair of 1080's. I've tried Asics, Brooks, Nike, Hoka, and others. But for my foot, nothing compares to these, and they last better than most (esp. Nike). I figured since I knew what I wanted, and the size, I'd order online. Oddly, Amazon & NB sites wanted more $ for the color I chose. FleetFeet had these at the same price as the others, and I got them quickly. And it's nice to have the oppt'y to support a company smaller than Amazon without paying a premium.

Love the cushion of the shoe the tend to respond very well while running and walking a little bit wider than the 880s that I have.

The lady that helped me was very good at explaining the was my foot was scanned and how I walk. Was shown many options and tested all of them. Ended up with the new balance 1080s and I love them. I’ve been telling everyone to go get fitted.

Great running shoes and love the improvements from last generation but they are more narrow so make sure to try them on before buying as you might need a slightly wider shoe.

I’ve worn 1080’s for years and go through a pair every 6-8 weeks. I’ve had several pairs of this version, which I love, but this current pair gave me a horrible blister on my left foot that wouldn’t go away. I finally purchased another pair of the same shoes in a different color and the blister seems to be going away. I’ve never had an issue before and am guessing I just got a bad pair. Typically, these are the best shoes to run/walk in.

They work well for me, offering needed cushioning along with stability. I’m six feet & 190 so need the features offered

They always arrive quickly and exactly as ordered. O always order from Fleet Feet bc if there’s a problem, the local store will fix it. Pair number 3 this year. Best daily training shoe, at least for me.

This is like my 6th pair of the 1080's. Every time a new version is released, I buy them. My orthopedic doctor says these are great shoes for my feet, especially with all the running I do. I love the gray color because it doesn't show the dirt. They look newer longer!

I am not a runner, but I walk 5 to 7 miles everyday. I have experienced foot pain in the past, but it is now completely gone with these shoes. The wonderful staff at Fleet Feet used their computerized analysis of my feet which was so helpful. These New Balance shoes are so well made and comfortable that I have bought 2 backup pairs. And the only place I will buy my shoes going forward is Fleet Feet.

Very hood

Not only the best new balance shoes that I’ve ever owned, which is pretty much all I ever buy, but this is the best pair of shoes I have ever bought. Super comfortable, perfect fit, and I can stand in them forever.
