No Boundaries 5K Training Program

Looking to run/race The Avenue Labor Day 5K this September? Are you looking to PR in the 5K distance? Well this training program is meant for you!

Training will begin the week of July 13th and will go on for 8-weeks, with the goal race being the Labor Day 5K at The Avenue in Peachtree City on Monday Sept. 7th.

Come join us at one of our Open House sessions to learn more about the program and meet your coach!

Open House Session #1: June 20th at 6pm

Open House Session #2: July 6th at 6:30pm

We will meet twice a week:

Tuesday at 6:30pm at Riley Track for a speed workout Thursdays at 6pm at FF PTC for an easy run

You will also be programmed for other runs throughout the week in order to it your mileage needs.
