
No Boundaries 5K Training Program
Already completed a 5K or graduated from a run/walk program and ready for what’s next? No Boundaries 5K training program is an eight week, running coach led program designed to help you run your next 5K with more strength, confidence and consistency. You’ll get structure, support from mentors and the motivation of a community alongside you. This is a running-focused program for participants who want to build on the achievement of finishing a 5K. You’ll learn how to run stronger, steadier, and feel more confident from start to finish.

No Boundaries 5K Training Program is where that story continues. Here is what to expect on the next journey:
● Kickoff event where you will be able to meet your running coaches and other participants.
● Weekly group workouts led by experience running coaches
● Demo runs, guidance on gear and
● 5K training plan
● Participant shirt
● Halfway celebration
● Race day support
● Post-race celebration

This isn't just about running a 5K. It's about discovering what you're capable of with the right people beside you every step of the way.
Coach Jeff Casale will be coaching our ten-week beginner program based in the Malta/Saratoga area starting Monday, July 20 and running through Wednesday, September 10. The program will meet on Mondays at 5:45 PM and Wednesdays at 5:45 PM. Meeting in varied locations around the Malta & Saratoga areas -- Coach Jeff will send weekly emails with encouragement, tips, a recap, and the next meeting location.
