Training Program Mentors

Mentors are the heart of Fleet Feet’s Training Programs. Your role supports beginners, returning runners, and walkers in achieving goals they may have never thought possible. You’re a motivator, cheerleader, and consistent presence in their running journey. It is incredibly rewarding to help others achieve their running goals.
We’re looking for experienced runners and walkers. More information on expectations can be found below.
Please note, we are currently looking for mentors to support our future training programs in 2026. If you have any questions, please reach out to Jenna at jenna.fehrenbacher@fleetfeet.com.
