That’s what you’ll find in Fleet Feet’s Marathon Training Program in partnership with ASICS.
With two supported workouts each week, beginner and intermediate training tiers and coaches who bring real expertise to every step, you’ll have what you need to train with purpose and finish with confidence.
About this Marathon Program
- Start Date: Monday, July 13, 2026
- Program Schedule: Monday Evenings at New Story Brewing | 6:00pm. Tuesday Evenings | TU Track | 6:00pm. Wednesday Evenings at FF Broken Arrow | 6:00pm. Thursday Evenings at FF KingsPointe | 6:00pm. Saturday Mornings – Alternates Between Fleet Feet locations.

Marathon Training Program Levels
Training for a full marathon looks different for everyone. Some runners are building on their running experience, while others are stepping into this distance for the first time. To help you train at the right level, this program offers two training paths for marathon training.
Level 1 is designed for runners who have an established routine averaging around 25 miles per week and feel comfortable running 10-12 miles at a time. They are ready to train for their first full marathon with the right structure and support.
Level 2 is designed for runners who have an established routine average of around 35 miles or more per week. They feel comfortable with higher mileage and are looking to build on a previous marathon experience.
