Kate ran her first mile-long race at nine years old; it was immediately clear that running was her thing. She competed through middle school, high school and college, then discovered a love for longer distances with the Tucson Grinders. Kate now lives in Asheville, NC where she runs with the Asheville Running Collective and lives with her husband, son and cat.
As Fleet Feet’s Brand Marketing Editor, Kate writes and edits brand copy and articles for Fleet Feet. As a wear tester, she puts all types of shoes and gear to the test on trail runs, road runs and races.
