Join Our Postpartum Running Group
Our Miles After Motherhood program is a postpartum running group designed to help mothers safely get back into running, whether they are 6 months or 10 years postpartum. This 4 week program will help you get back into running or walking with the support of a welcoming and encouraging community. During our month together, we will help provide the tools and training that will allow you to build your strength and endurance, help you reach your goals, and feel confident moving again postpartum.

SOMA Physical Therapy is partnering with us to offer this program! SOMA is a private-pay performance based physical therapy and wellness clinic located in Fayetteville. A physical therapist from their practice will be at the workouts to answer any pelvic floor questions you have, help you understand if your body is ready to run again and offer post-run recommendations so you are feeling your best. We are grateful for their partnership and for the many ways they will support all of you throughout the program.
