Our feet are what keeps us stable, secure, and most importantly, moving. Shoes are a great way to keep them healthy, but adding an insole does more than just fill in the space. We encourage everyone to try a pair of insoles to see the benefits of personilzed support for your feet.

What do they do?

Insoles have the ability to reduce arch fatigue, and alleviate pain from common injuries such as plantar fasciitis and achilles tendonitis. When you try an insole, you'll be able to feel the difference of comfort quite quickly. You'll notice that hug-feel in your foot, where the insole naturally rests your heels and arches. You'll also notice the insole offering your body relief from ankle, knee, hip and lower back pain. With a personalized fit, you'll be able to add your preference of comfort and support.

If you're wondering if you need an insole, our answer will always be yes -- everyone benefits from an insole.

Insoles last longer than your shoes. On average, an insole will last you two years; and you have the ability to swap them to your next pair. So don't throw them away when your first pair of shoes die out!

Our Fitting Process

Similar to our shoe-fitting process. We first use our Fit ID to capture a 3D image of your foot. Next, we use our Dynamic Pressure Plate to assess your gait pattern and pressure points. Once we collect your scans, our outfitter are able to analyze your unique foot profile and reccomend an insole catered to your style. After our outfitters have pulled out these recommendations, it's time for you to feel the difference on how much difference an insole can make!

If you've already been fit for an insole and looking to replace your old pair. We have an array of out-of-the-box insoles for several foot profiles. Among these profiles we carry varieties of cushion and support levels to ensure you have the most comfortable feel in your shoes.

These insoles will replace the sockliner that is already comes with your shoes to add shape, support, cushion, or all three! Our outfitters are happy to guide you through our Insole Fitting Process and ensure you find your perfect pair.
