That’s what you’ll find in Fleet Feet’s Half Marathon Training Program in partnership with ASICS.
With two supported workouts each week, beginner and intermediate training tiers and running coaches who bring real expertise to every step, you’ll have what you need to train with purpose and finish with confidence.
About this Half Marathon Program
- Start Date: Sunday, July 12
- Orientation Meeting: Wednesday, July 8
- Program Schedule: Group Workouts Sundays at 8:00 am, Wednesdays at 6:30 pm
- Program Length: 12 weeks

- Location: Fleet Feet store, 234 Main Street in Pleasanton

Half Marathon Training Program Levels
Training for a half marathon looks different for everyone. Some runners are building on their running experience, while others are stepping into this distance for the first time. To help you train at the right level, this program offers two training paths for marathon training.
Level 1 is designed for runners who have an established routine averaging around 20 miles per week and feel comfortable running 4-6 miles at a time.
Level 2 is designed for runners who have an established routine average of around 25 miles or more per week. They feel comfortable running 6-8 miles and are looking to build on a previous half marathon experience.

REQUIREMENTS
At the start of the program, Half Marathon participants should be regular runners (3x or more per week), currently able to finish a 10k using 4:1 run/walk intervals or better
Participants must be 18 years or older and have no active injuries
Participants must use reflective safety gear and carry lights for any nighttime workouts
Participants must have time availability to complete additional workouts on their own
