Event Details
Date: Wednesday, July 1
Location: Silas High School Track
Arrival Time: 5:45 PM
Heats Begin: 6:00 PM
Events
100-Meter Dash
A fast, fun sprint open to runners of all ages and abilities.
4x400-Meter Relay
Grab some friends and work together to complete four laps around the track. Relay teams may be formed in advance or on-site, depending on participation.
Predictive Mile
No watches. No phones. No pacing devices.
Before the race, you'll predict how long it will take you to run one mile. The winner isn't the fastest runner—it's the participant who finishes closest to their predicted time. This event rewards pacing, consistency, and self-awareness rather than speed, making it a fun challenge for runners of every level.
Who Can Participate?
Everyone.
The Fleet Feet Track Meet is open to all ages, abilities, and paces. Whether you're chasing a personal best, reliving your track days, trying something new, or simply looking for a fun community event, we'd love to see you on the starting line.
