
If you’ve ever thought, “Maybe I could run a 5K… someday,” this is your moment. Fleet Feet’s No Boundaries Beginner 5K training program is designed for people just like you: nervous, curious and ready to try something new with the support of a welcoming community.
This eight-week program is designed to help you build fitness and confidence, whether you're new to running, returning after a break, or looking for guidance as you train for your first 5K.
Workouts take place twice a week at Fleet Feet Brooklyn on Sunday mornings at 9:30 a.m. and Wednesday evenings at 6:30 p.m. Each session is led by experienced coaches and supported by a community of beginners just like you. You'll also receive weekly tips, in-person instruction and access to special shopping events and gear demos.
