
If you’ve already crossed a 5K finish line and are ready to see what’s next, this is your moment. Fleet Feet’s No Boundaries Intermediate 5K Training Program will help you build strength, endurance and confidence with the support of a coach, mentors and a community that pushes you to be your best. This eight-week program is designed to help you build off of your previous experience with the next step in your 5K journey.
Workouts take place twice a week at Fleet Feet Brookyln on Sunday mornings at 9:30 a.m. and Wednesday evenings at 6:30 p.m. Each session is led by experienced coaches and supported by a community of beginners just like you. You'll also receive weekly tips, in-person instruction and access to special shopping events and gear demos.
