Fall Training Programs
If you’ve ever thought, “Maybe I could run a 5K… someday,” this is your moment. Fleet Feet’s No Boundaries Beginner 5K training program is designed for people just like you: nervous, curious and ready to try something new with the support of a welcoming community.
Your No Boundaries Journey
You’ll start with the option to attend a Discovery Session, an open, no pressure meet and greet where you can learn about the program and ask questions. Once you are signed up, you’ll be invited to a Kickoff Event at your local store, where you’ll meet your coach, mentors and fellow beginners. You’ll also be invited to exclusive shopping events, where you'll receive discounts on the gear you’ll need to feel comfortable and confident from day one.
Over the course of 8 weeks, you’ll join weekly group workouts led by a Fleet Feet coach and supported by mentors who have been in your shoes. Each session includes a warm up, a workout tailored for beginners and a cool down. You’ll also receive weekly newsletters with tips on running form, hydration, motivation and more. Throughout the program, you’ll be invited to participate in brand demo runs hosted by Fleet Feet partners and local community organizations to help you find the best gear and stay healthy for race day.
At the halfway point of the program, we’ll pause to celebrate your progress with a fun and energizing midseason check-in. You’ll reflect on how far you’ve come, reconnect with your goals and enjoy a boost of motivation to power through the finish line.
As race day approaches, you’ll receive expert prep guidance to ease nerves and build excitement. On race day, you’ll have access to an exclusive Fleet Feet VIP zone with hydration, a pre-race pep talk and much more. Coaches and mentors will be cheering you on before, during and after your big moment. After you cross the finish line, we’ll celebrate together with medals, photos and plenty of high fives.
To wrap it all up, you’ll be invited to a post-race party where you can reflect on your journey, share your story and reconnect with your new running family. No Boundaries 10/15K Training Program
Training for a 10/15K can look different for everyone. Some runners are continuing their Fleet Feet No Boundaries journey. Others have been running on their own and are ready to train with structure, support and community.
The No Boundaries 10/15K Training Program brings runners together around a shared goal race. Over eight weeks, you will follow a progressive training plan designed to help you build endurance, confidence and consistency, while being supported by experienced running coaches, dedicated mentors and a welcoming Fleet Feet community. Together, you will create momentum and celebrate the progress that comes from showing up week after week.

Here is what to expect during your No Boundaries 10/15K Training Program:

Half Marathon Training Program Levels
Training for a half marathon looks different for everyone. Some runners are building on their running experience, while others are stepping into this distance for the first time. To help you train at the right level, this program offers two training paths for marathon training.
Level 1 is designed for runners who have an established routine averaging around 20 miles per week and feel comfortable running 4-6 miles at a time.
Level 2 is designed for runners who have an established routine average of around 25 miles or more per week. They feel comfortable running 6-8 miles and are looking to build on a previous half marathon experience.

Marathon Training Program Levels
Training for a full marathon looks different for everyone. Some runners are building on their running experience, while others are stepping into this distance for the first time. To help you train at the right level, this program offers two training paths for marathon training.
Level 1 is designed for runners who have an established routine averaging around 25 miles per week and feel comfortable running 10-12 miles at a time. They are ready to train for their first full marathon with the right structure and support.
Level 2 is designed for runners who have an established routine average of around 35 miles or more per week. They feel comfortable with higher mileage and are looking to build on a previous marathon experience.
