Fall Marathon Training Program Presented by ASICS
Program Start: TBD, 18 weeks out from your goal race
Program Schedule: Tuesdays at 5:30am and Saturdays at 6:00am

Program Fee: $160, excluding race fees
Description: Registration Starts April 1st: Our training program is designed for a more personalized journey based on 3 levels of experience. Led by RRCA certified coaches, you will receive recommended pace ranges, as well as, tips and techniques to have a successful training segment and race.
Just Finish: Whether you are aiming to cross the finish line for the first time or wanting to improve from a previous race, this program will help guide you with a structured approach to build endurance and strength.
This plan is for runners:
· who have never run a marathon
· who are less interested in performance
· who want an effective plan to cross the finish line
We recommend you already be consistently running at least 3 - 4 times/week, with a minimum long run distance of 6 - 7 miles.
Intermediate: You have tackled the half or full marathon distance, but now you are looking to add workouts to run stronger and faster.
This plan is for runners:
· wanting to achieve a certain time goal
· looking to improve pace and efficiency
· who have run marathons but are new to structured workouts
We recommend to already be consistently running at least 3 - 4 times/week, with a minimum long run distance of 6 - 7 miles.
Advanced: This program is for experienced, dedicated runners ready to take on higher weekly mileage and speed workouts to chase faster times.
This plan is for runners:
· aiming for PBs
· competitive times
· qualifying standards
We recommend you already be consistently running at least 4 - 6 times/week, with a minimum long run distance of 8 - 12 miles.
