Keep your Group Training Runs and Walks going all year long with our 2026 Drop In Sessions, which include 1, 4 or 8 drop in options and are designed to give you flexibility when it works best for your schedule. Whether you’re juggling work, family, or other commitments, drop ins make it easy to stay consistent with your training.
Ideal for those who enjoy the camaraderie of group workouts and the benefits of professional coaching, drop ins allow you to pre-purchase 1, 4 or 8 coached group sessions and jump directly into our structured programs with pre-planned workouts—no need to commit to every session to benefit from the plan.
Looking to join us during the training season but can’t make every workout? Drop-In Sessions are available for athletes who want the freedom to attend individual sessions and still plug into our thoughtfully designed training programs when their schedule allows.

How It Works:
Step 1: Purchase a Drop-In Session (Required First Step)
Before receiving any details, you must purchase a drop-in session. Please choose one of the following options:

Step 2: Confirm Your Registration
Once your purchase is complete, contact me to confirm.
At this time, I do not see your name registered for a drop-in session or the Trailblazer program.
Step 3: Receive Weekly Run Details
After your drop-in is purchased and confirmed, you will receive a weekly email with the run crew’s meeting locations.
Please note: These details are only sent to those who have completed their purchase.
Step 4: Check-In on Arrival
On the day of your run, check in with the coach upon arrival and before leaving.
This is essential to ensure everyone’s safety on the trails.
