Half Marathon Level 1 is designed for runners who have an established routine averaging around 20 miles per week and feel comfortable running 4-6 miles at a time.
Half Marathon Level 2 is designed for runners who have an established routine average of around 25 miles or more per week. They feel comfortable running 6-8 miles and are looking to build on a previous half marathon experience.
Marathon Level 1 is designed for runners who have an established routine averaging around 25 miles per week and feel comfortable running 10-12 miles at a time. They are ready to train for their first full marathon with the right structure and support.
Marathon Level 2 is designed for runners who have an established routine average of around 35 miles or more per week. They feel comfortable with higher mileage and are looking to build on a previous marathon experience.
