Training isn't just about logging miles. It’s about facing challenges, tackling different types of runs, building strength and making space for rest and recovery.
With our program, you’ll connect with other runners, grow together and benefit from expert Fleet Feet running coaches every step of the way.
Here’s what you can expect:
- 8 weeks of training with support from our coaches and mentors
- In-person support for accountability, camaraderie and fun
- Warmup and cool down exercises to make every run smoother
- 2X weekly strength routines to build strength and prevent injury
- Mobility and cross-training exercises to balance your training
- Tips on gear, nutrition, recovery, mobility and more
No Boundaries 10K Training Program

Program Schedule: In-person Thursdays at 6:00 PM, Sundays at 8:30 AM
